How it works

From binder to label.

  1. 1 Binders. Spreadsheets. Sticky notes. The information exists. It is just never where you are standing.
  2. 2 Describe it once. Pick the fields your work needs. QuickR builds the form, the lists and the database behind them. No code.
  3. 3 Put a code on it. Print labels on your own label printer or A4 sheets. Or stick blank codes first and bind them later.

Every stop on the line, as it happens

A sensor or the PLC sends a pulse for every product. QuickR turns the pulses into run time, microstops and stops, by itself: the availability part of OEE.

  • A product at least every 5 seconds: the line runs. A pause up to 2 minutes: a microstop. Longer: a stop.
  • Every stop becomes a record at once. The operator picks the cause from a list, or writes it.
  • Run time the last hour and this shift, in a box that turns red. The history of runs and stops on a timeline.
